Join Kelly Calvez, RYT-500 for an exploration of the gentler side of yoga. Long to-do lists and pressures all around us at work and at home have taken us out of balance in so many ways. We have been programmed to think we need to push harder, do more to find solutions when, often, less is what is really needed to recharge our systems. This 90 minute experience will help undo some of that programming. Together we will explore gentle practices which support health in body, mind and spirit and leave you energized and rejuvenated. Available to all levels of practice, this 28 degree class will begin with introspective meditation and breathwork, flow into gentle standing practices and conclude with a nurturing yin and restore experience.
