Debra Bennett, BSc, BScN, MN:NP, Clinical Director

DDebra Bennett, NPebra Bennett is a Family/All Ages Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Neuropsychology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), and a Master of Nursing (MN). In addition to her clinical work, Debra has over seven years of experience in nursing education, contributing to university-level teaching and professional development. 

Her clinical practice is rooted in a functional-integrative medicine approach, using a systems-based framework to identify and address the underlying drivers of health concerns. She focuses on the interconnected roles of nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, emotional health, and spiritual well-being as foundational to overall health. 

Debra has a special interest in women’s health, with a focus on supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause using individualized, evidence-informed approaches. She is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy, and holds Board Certification in Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM), with advanced training in in in injection techniques. 

A key focus of Debra’s practice is collaboration. She works closely with patients to ensure they feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care. By fostering open communication and connection, she creates a supportive environment where individuals are empowered to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. 
In her role as Clinical Director, she oversees clinical standards and supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. 


Kate Bykowski, MN, PhD, NP

Nurse Practitioner | Women’s Health Researcher 

Kate Bykowski is a Nurse Practitioner with a PhD in Nursing, providing comprehensive, evidence-based care in primary care, hormone therapy, and women’s health. Her practice is centered on supporting health across the lifespan, with a focus on prevention, wellness, and individualized treatment. She has a particular clinical interest in female reproductive hormone transitions, including PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause.

Kate completed her education at the University of Alberta, where her research examined nurse practitioner–led models of care and healthcare system innovation. As a postdoctoral fellow in women’s health, she continues to study ways to improve access and quality of care for women. She is passionate about translating emerging evidence into practical, patient-centered approaches that help individuals feel informed and supported in their health decisions.

In addition, Kate is board certified through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, reflecting advanced training in facial assessment, cosmetic dermatology, complication management, and aesthetic treatments. She also holds certification in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Her approach considers hormone therapy, lifestyle strategies, clinical guidelines, and aesthetics to support patient overall health and confidence.

With a background in kinesiology and experience in high-acuity emergency settings, Kate brings strong clinical judgment and a proactive approach to care. Originally from rural Alberta, she values connection, integrity, and collaborative relationships with her patients, with an emphasis on trust, collaboration, and long-term wellness.
