Deb Bennett is a Certified Family/All Ages Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Health Care. Known for her personable and adaptable approach, Deb is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized, and accessible care across the lifespan.
In her private practice, she takes an integrative and functional approach to health—focusing on root causes rather than just symptoms—while empowering clients to play an active role in their wellness journey.
Deb’s care philosophy is grounded in collaboration. She is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel seen, heard, and supported through individualized care plans that address their unique needs. She is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy, offering expanded options to support optimal health and vitality. Deb is also Board Certified (CBAM) in Aesthetic Medicine and specializes in Advanced Injection Therapies.
Beyond her clinical work, Deb has spent over seven years teaching in university nursing programs and leading training and professional development at Lucere. Her passion for education and meaningful connection shines through in every aspect of her work—whether she’s working one-on-one with clients or contributing to the broader Health Care community.

Kate Bykowski, MN, PhD, NP
Kate Bykowski is a PhD-prepared Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing holistic, comprehensive, primary care services across the lifespan. She has a particular interest in reproductive transitions, including perimenopause and menopause, and is passionate about empowering women through education, preventive care, and collaborative decision-making. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine and guided by the belief that informed, individualized care is key to supporting women’s health and confidence through every stage of life.
Kate completed her PhD in Nursing at the University of Alberta, where her research examined nurse practitioner–led models of comprehensive care and how they address healthcare system gaps. Now, as a Women’s Health Research Fellow, she continues to explore NP-led primary care models that enhance access, integration, and quality of care for women in Alberta and beyond.
With an academic background in kinesiology, Kate brings a deep understanding of movement, physical activity, and lifestyle factors to a proactive, preventive approach that supports long-term wellness. Her clinical experience in fast-paced emergency settings strengthened her diagnostic skills and clinical judgment, shaping the calm, confident approach she brings to every patient encounter.
Originally from rural Alberta, Kate brings a strong sense of community, connection, and integrity to her work. Her approach is collaborative and relationship-based, taking time to listen, educate, and empower patients to make informed choices about their health. Whether supporting women through hormonal transitions, managing chronic conditions, or fostering lifelong wellness, Kate creates a space where every patient feels seen, heard, and supported.
