Debra Bennett, BSc, BScN, MN:NP, Medical Director
Deb Bennett is a Certified Family/All Ages Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Health Care. Known for her personable and adaptable approach, Deb is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized, and accessible care across the lifespan.
In her private practice, she takes an integrative and functional approach to health—focusing on root causes rather than just symptoms—while empowering clients to play an active role in their wellness journey.
Deb’s care philosophy is grounded in collaboration. She is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel seen, heard, and supported through individualized care plans that address their unique needs. She is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy, offering expanded options to support optimal health and vitality. Deb is also Board Certified (CBAM) in Aesthetic Medicine and specializes in Advanced Injection Therapies.
Beyond her clinical work, Deb has spent over seven years teaching in university nursing programs and leading training and professional development at Lucere. Her passion for education and meaningful connection shines through in every aspect of her work—whether she’s working one-on-one with clients or contributing to the broader Health Care community.

Kate Bykowski, MN, PhD, NP
Kate Bykowski is a PhD-prepared Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the healthcare system, providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. With a background in kinesiology, her understanding of movement, physical activity, and lifestyle factors helps her take a proactive approach to health. Her clinical experience in fast-paced emergency settings adds a layer of strong clinical judgment and a calm, confident presence to her care.
Originally from a small town in Alberta, Kate brings a strong sense of community, connection, and integrity to her practice. At the heart of her work is a belief that trust, open communication, and mutual respect are essential to effective Health Care. In parallel with her clinical work, Kate is an active researcher focused on optimizing the Nurse Practitioner role to improve patient outcomes and fill critical gaps in the healthcare system. Her research examines how NPs can be supported through education, policy, and system-level innovation to enhance care delivery.
Kate’s clinical approach is deeply collaborative. She takes the time to listen, educate, and empower her patients. With a special interest in women’s health, she ensures care is tailored to each person’s unique values, goals, and lived experiences. Whether managing chronic conditions, addressing acute concerns, or supporting long-term wellness, she brings a whole-person perspective to every interaction. Her holistic approach emphasizes prevention, education, and shared decision-making, creating a space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported.
